Press release 2021
ETL Accountants en Adviseurs adds Cinq Accountants / Advisors from IJsselstein to the group.
It concerns a mutual ‘participation’ in which Cinq continues to operate independently.
Participation
ETL is building a group of entrepreneurial SME accountancy firms in the Netherlands. It is characteristic that offices that join the group remain independent. Cinq, a full-service SME accountancy and consultancy firm with approximately ten employees, will also continue to provide services to all its customers independently and unchanged. The management of Cinq (which will keep its name) will remain in the hands of Marco Hogeveen. ETL partly owns Cinq, but Hogeveen also participates in ETL conversely. According to managing director Vanessa Hadinegoro, there is no question of a ‘franchise fee’. “By joining forces, ETL realizes purchasing benefits for its partners. In addition, SME customers can be offered a full-service package of services.” Cinq is ETL’s 21st branch. Most offices are located in eastern Brabant and Gelderland, and northern Limburg. Hadinegoro expects more accountancy firms to join the group this year.
